Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and productivity of our dairy processing and sales distribution business.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and adherence to quality standards.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial planning, saving & credit and cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and implement quality control measures throughout the production and distribution processes.
• Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the Board of Directors and relevant departments highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Management or Business Administration with at least five years of experience in the relevant field or Bachelor's with ten years of experience in the same field.
• Proven experience in industry management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Sound knowledge of Product processing techniques, distribution logistics, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adequate computer literate and fluency in English language.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
• Having two wheeler valid driving license.

Age limit: Within 30 to 50 years.
