• Reports areas of concern and Operations Manager for day-to- day operations
  
• Assigning and deploying proper transportation, Labors, Crane, Forklift arrangements on a day-to-day basis
  
• Maintaining relation with customers, internal staff as well as service providers or partners and following up and reporting  to them regularly on all shipments
  
• Resolve problems concerning to transportation and customer issues
  
• Prepare reports as required by the Line Manager on a Daily Basis
