Job Description

Key Performance Indicators

Task List

  • Plan and execute budgeting function for Nepal Support Office
  • Develop, implement and evaluate operational delivery requirements
  • Provide regular communications through available/identified medium to top management
  • Plan and coordinate overall administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes for maintaining the safety, utility, and appearance of the facility while optimizing
  • cost and implementing business plans
  • Be responsible for inventory and vendor management
  • Coordinate with HR to organize office activities such as event planning and office outing
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local and state safety requirements
  • Supporting all functions of the business to work together
  • Oversee acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment that are required for the facility
  • Review and oversee contracts, agreements, and/or leases; Negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Record, maintain and synthesize data for top management to make informed decision and planning
  • Develop and maintain understanding and experience of all workflow processes of all departments
  • Manage conflicting demands, meet deadlines and adjust priorities to deliver requirements successfully
  • Work collaboratively with HR, Admission, Accommodation, Finance, Digital Marketing & IT team
  • Other tasks as assigned by the reporting head
