Job Description

The Operations Officer will work directly with management team to support administrative and secretarial activities in the company. S/he is responsible for all administrative and management functions to run office operations smoothly. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office; develops policies, procedures and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation.
  • Oversees and facilitates resources management and administration procedures and documentation
  • Organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports, creating agendas and taking minutes
  • Organize internal and external events lesioning with internal and external contacts
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Maintain all the operations activities (procurement, logistics, and day to day operations) of the company
