Job Description

Work Purpose: The profession falls under management and administration category. Reporting to General Manager or Managing Director or the Board whichever is applicable at a given time, the OM will be responsible for operations planning, execution of approved plans and day to day management and supervision of business operations of the company.

The OM is responsible for all operations related activities of the company. The key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and implement overall business plans, annual plan and budgeting in line with organizational policies.
  • Review and ensure that the organizational policies including Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, and Operations are on track, prepare proposals for amendments if necessary, and strictly follow the approved amendments.
  • Design and formulate incentive policies, schemes and distribution criteria for both dealers and staff
  • Undertake HR planning, implement approved plans and recommend to BoD for hiring/firing of staff when necessary
  • Formulate a system and undertake performance evaluation of staff
  • Ensure sound financial and other resource management including ST, TR,OD and personal borrowings/loans
  • Conduct financial audit and update/submit all required documents to relevant regulatory bodies including company registrar office and TAX Office
  • Review annual plans, targets on quarterly basis and revise the forecasts of purchase orders based on review findings
  • Ensure consignment management - Opening of LCs/Custom clearances - timely carried out
  • Review existing system and strictly maintain updating of inventory and regular verification
  • Design, formulate and maintain sound reporting and response system for both regular and incidental events affecting the delivery of Greenwave operations
  • Prepare weekly updates and monthly reports and submit to the BoD through designated supervisor
  • Take up any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the applicable supervisor
