• Provide accurate and timely reporting of information to customers including sending quotations, pricing, costing, shipping details and supply chain related documentation
• Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs
• Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements
• Process the shipment accurately and efficiently
• Obtaining, checking and preparing documentation to meet customs and insurance requirements, packing specifications, and compliance with overseas countries’ regulations and fiscal regimes
• Retaining current customers and identifying additional opportunities with existing customers
• Work closely with accounting department in book keeping of credit, accounts payables and receivables
