• Assist Managing Director for his scheduled task 
• Ensure all the operation in all the branches are carried on in an appropriate, transparent and cost-effective ways 
• Working closely with md on all matters related with business. 
• Ensure effective coordination of branch office with head office 
• Helping executive team in inventory planning, target setting and goal setting
• Ensure legal physical compliance issue related to company, land, building, vehicle etc. 
• Handling and organizing company meetings 
• Manage company resources and their optimum utilization. 
• Ensure compliance of company policies and procedure
• Ensuring profitability of branch and performance of branch staff
• Helping md for daily scheduling of tasks
• Work according to necessity and direction of the company
• Collecting all reports from all branches and departments, analyzing and submitting the completed report to the managing director
