  • Ready for daily or frequent travel (inside Valley only)
  • Able to use computers, the internet and basic computer software

  • Mandatory requirement: Two-wheelers license 
Preference: Due to day to day travelling (site visit) nature of this job, male candidates with his own motorcycle/scooter will be given preference


Job Description

  • Visit various job sites in Kathmandu on regular /daily basis
  • Assist in solving day-to-day operational problems at job sites
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Collect detail, information and quotation from different vendors and suppliers
  • Involve in direct marketing activities: marketing material distribution, printing and participating promotional activities
  • Timely payment and collection of various utilities bills and rents (Like electricity, water, telephone, monthly rent and tax etc..)
  • Property viewing and showing 
  • Timely reporting to the management
