Project Management
- Oversee all management of projects from proposal acceptance through to installation.
- Ensure that all projects are undertaken within budget and on time.Cost reports should be maintained.
- Mintaining Operations within specific guidelines for data entry operation efficiency,profitability,product re work and waste amounts.
- Weekly meeting with the team to discuss progress on all current projects and coordinate additional meetings as required with key stff to move projects forward.
- Coordinate with administration to produce necessary project reporting,review appropriate invoice and general project financial management.
- Ensure that completed projects meet the specification and predetermined quality standards.
- Provide feedback to the team on project successes including a formal write up of the project once completed.
Operation Scheduling
- by oversee overall management,planning and controls of daily work activities.
- Progress projects as liaison with the technical team,operation team,administration and continually work towards excellence in process flow through observation of operational systems .
- Provide monthly report to managemnt on all operational activities.
Technical Support and coordination to IT team.
Strategic Planning to improvement of opeartion systems,process and development of policies by short and long term organizational planning and strategy.
Administrative support.
