  • Confident in delivering training both in traditional & virtual set up.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be comfortable with travel as per business need.

Job Description

Reports to: Training Director

Duty Station: Dhangadi

Main Responsibility:

  • To implement Training programs in mid & far west region of Nepal as per the plan of the country.
  • To support manpower (Insurance sales representative’s) growth and development through an effective training program in the region.
  • To equip distribution channels with fundamental insurance knowledge, practical competence, professional attitude and ethical behaviour in the region.
  • To independently run/customize training programs on effective manner as per the need of the target audience.
  • To provide timely feedback on training needs and propose relevant training programs to Function Supervisor/Director.
  • Measure & Maintain records of training programs’ effectiveness in the region.
  • Prepare & Report training related MIS on a regular basis for the region.
  • Collaborate within Distribution channels (Agency, Bancassurance & Group Business) & support Function to achieve desired goals in the region.
  • To carry out other task and duties as delegated by his supervisor/Director.
