KFA is contributing in the areas of Training, Education & Consulting for last 19 years.KFA Consulting, a subsidiary of KFA, has signed an Agreement with STAR Hospital to manage its Administration & Human resource Department along with Advisory function in other areas of Management. Star Hospital was established in 2007, is the first hospital to meet the standards set by the Ministry of Health and Population of Nepal. It is a 100-bedded hospital having 22 specialty centers, OPD and Inpatient Services with state-of-the-art modular operation theatres managed by well-experienced and dedicated medical professionals. This hospital has full-fledged infrastructure, Technology and Super specialized Medical team ready to provide high level of care to give quality services at reasonable cost under the same umbrella with a motto of “Compassionate Care With Comfort”.

  • Previous experience in human resources function mainly handling of HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training and development in a reputed organization preferably in hospitality industry

Job Description

KFA seeks application from highly competent, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to undertake the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Structured and Detailed Implementation of Hospital’s Approved HR Policy
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade others on sensitive issues
  • Good knowledge of Human Resource Information System/Software
