Job Description

Javra Software Nepal is looking for self-motivated and driven office manager who will work with world class outsourcing teamdeveloping desktop and web software applications for international customers.
The Office Manager is responsible for smooth organizational operations to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  The successful candidate will plan, co-ordinate supervise and oversee finance, administration, hr and other various operational issues of business in daily basis.  You will need to be able to effectively communicate with employees, solve problems on a daily basis and ensure continuous development of operational practices of company.
You will report to Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with different levels of managers from various departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

  • Maintain office efficiency by planning, managing and controlling office systems, equipment’s and procurement.
  • Design and implement office policies for smooth operations of daily business and set procedures to measure results against the policy and make necessary adjustment.
  • Maintain office discipline while coaching, counseling and monitoring employees.
  • Liaison with HR Department to design and implement HR policies and ensure timely review of Company Policy.
  • Design and implement employee relationship management system and appraisal system.
  • Obtain required approval and submit reports on time to government authorities i.e. Tax office, Department of Industries, Company Register office, Immigration.
  • Ensure proper record system of various documents and its protection/security.
  • Manage and approving cash flow on an ongoing basis to ensure fiscal performance according to budget
  • Provides ongoing financial data and analytical reports and produces financial reports to COO.
  • Responsible for Budget planning, managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
  • Responsible for timely audit and relative tax/VAT reporting and submission.
  • Other day-to-day office management duties.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Masters in Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of experience in office management or related field
