  • Good knowledge of MS Office package and other software.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali.
  • Good report writing skills.

Job Description

  • General office administration.
  • Establishing human resource development protocols, in consultation with management and experts.
  • Maintain personnel records, files, library, etc.
  • Inventory management and supply procurement
  • Assist senior management in staff / consultant recruitment, contractual arrangements, etc.
  • Track project progress, potential projects and proposal preparation.
  • Liaise between head office and site offices/ site staff.
  • Liaise with consultants and clients
  • Organize office meeting and events
