Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, accounting, facilities management, and coordination of various office functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and staff.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients and ensure a positive and professional front office experience.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Maintain and update office documentation and filing system.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages and coordinate with courier services as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, photocopying and filing.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and ordering as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
  • Generate and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • English and Nepali typing skills.
