Job Description

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Sign for and distribute Office equipment.
  • To provide logistic support services (making inquiries, ticketing, hotel booking, transportation) etc.
  • Handle support services to collecting quotations and information's etc.
  • Communicate and arrange support staff to solve problems such as internet, email connections, telephone connections etc.
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, office equipments, furniture and office keys.
  • Collect and maintain PC inventory.
  • Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
  • Handle Accounts/Finance in issuing/receiving invoice or payment & Tax related works.
  • Keeping record or insurance, blue book renewal, registrations of all the vehicles (car, bike etc.) and take action for timely renewal.
  • Collect and verify the condition of the office equipment and vehicles while receiving or returning as well as maintaining its records.
  • Ensure effective coordination of the vehicles use and maintains clean and efficient office environment.
  • Maintaining Vendors records such as addresses, phone no, email id etc.
