  • Nepali citizenship, or Nepali residency with deep understanding of Nepal's government and culture. 
  • Fluent in Nepali and in English 
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Systems and Enterprise systems management
  • Experience with financial management information systems 
  • Experience working in a Nepali Government Agency preferred.

 

Job Description

  • Guide and Support efforts to implement or upgrade financial management systems and to connect financial management systems of different agencies, develop and implement capacity building programs in IT systems management and financial software application use, develop policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Employment Date: Starting early 2016, three-five year contract
