Aim of the role
This role has been developed to strengthen Trust performance in quality, operational standards by ensuring that there is a constant site leadership underpinning the Hospital work plans. 

  • To ensure that Hospital performance from a quality and operational standard perspective is continually improved
  • To review Quality and Operational performance at site level and ensure all areas are being tracked
  • Work as a dynamic, innovative leader using a strong influencing style to ensure that the hospital is run effectively and efficiently – ensuring that the hospital is portrayed in a positive,
  • To represent the Trust and build relationships with all local stakeholders 
  • To ensure that internal communication and engagements is optimised
