Marketing Officer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Officer to support marketing initiatives, increase brand visibility, and engage customers through both online and offline efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the restaurant to local communities, tourists, corporate clients, and event organizers.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, hotels, travel agencies, corporate offices, and event planners.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional content in strategic locations.
• Manage and support social media promotion, posting content, and engaging with customers online.
• Capture and share photos, videos, and promotional content to highlight the restaurant’s offerings and events.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and strengthen guest relationships.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns, offers, and events to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support marketing strategies.
• Maintain daily marketing activity records and submit daily reports on promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement.
• Support management in implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing reservations, foot traffic, and overall revenue.
