We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and drive business growth. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining operational standards, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies that improve efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including service quality, kitchen coordination, and overall guest experience.
Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.
Ensure exceptional customer service and handle guest feedback professionally.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain seamless operations.
Control operational costs, optimize resource utilization, and monitor restaurant budgets.
Implement and maintain restaurant policies, safety standards, and hygiene practices.
Plan and execute promotional events, special offers, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales, staff performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality roles, preferably in Nepalese or casual dining restaurants.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
