Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our head office in Kathmandu. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, promote our spa and wellness services, and build strong relationships with hotels and hospitality partners across Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, and premium hospitality clients.
Promote Mantra Spa and Wellness services, spa management solutions, and wellness consultancy offerings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the hospitality and wellness sector.
Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets while reporting on progress and market feedback to management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in hospitality, wellness, or related sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain professional client relationships.
Self-motivated, confident, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Understanding of the hospitality or wellness industry is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
