Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Pathik Gyan Niketan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, increase brand awareness, and attract potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote services and increase brand visibility
Manage social media accounts and digital campaigns to engage potential clients
Create compelling content for promotional materials including posts, ads, and brochures
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Coordinate with internal teams to plan events, workshops, and promotional campaigns
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and prepare regular reports
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Support both online and offline branding efforts to enhance institutional presence

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing (freshers with strong skills may apply)

Ability to work independently and in a team
