We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team and help us scale to new heights.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing officer to lead our client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion efforts. In this role, you will be the bridge between our creative services and our clients, developing tailored marketing strategies and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Pitching & Proposals: Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to prospective clients' specific marketing needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives to offer the best agency solutions.
Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with the creative and digital teams to design integrated marketing campaigns that align with client goals.
Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maximizing client retention and upselling agency services.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management in the marketing/media sector.
Agency Experience: Strongly preferred. A proven track record of working within an advertising, media, or digital marketing agency is a massive advantage.
Portfolio: Demonstrated success in closing B2B deals, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Skills & Competencies

Deep understanding of the advertising landscape, including digital marketing, traditional media, branding, and creative strategy.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable agency briefs.
Self-starter mentality with a high level of energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
