Should have strong leadership quality in order to lead a team in efficient manner
Should have sharp and proactive mind in observing the staff members performance
Should be able to make wise decisions and movement in certain circumstances
Proven ability to work in a high pressured environment, with competing priorities, stakeholders and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail, with excellent written, verbal, polite and effective communication skills, pleasing personality
Proven experience in managing staff and the public in a customer service focused role
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing of Hotels or Tourism products related preferred
Preference will be given to those who are familiar with local agents and market.

Running day to day activities
Overseeing personnel working under his supervision
Ensuring that the facilities are properly maintained and taking steps to ensure clients satisfaction
Managing and co-ordinating marketing strategy to enhance the sales
Supervising the maintenance of financial and administrative records etc.
Ensuring a superior standard of customer service is applied across the entire
organisation at all times
