  • Seasoned Professional preferably an MBA Graduate (+science background  preferred)  with  experience for overall General Administration for Office + Team Management + IT skills:
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, self-motivated, detail oriented having a proven history of ability to make independent decisions.
  • Must have demonstrated ability and develop the company and staff members. The job basically involves a great deal of multitasking. 
  • Computer skills on Microsoft Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and  Outlook express is an added  advantage.   

Job Description

  • Must supervise and coordinate subordinates and staff members by dividing responsibilities to ensure the accomplishment of office activities and operations to secure efficiency in compliance with company policies.
  • Must provide guidance as a lead in preparing necessary documents for tenders (including quotes, letters, answering of technical questions, etc.) and develop regular pattern of contacting customers and stay knowledgeable regarding the status of each account and customers.
  • Must conduct in house inventory auditing on regular basis. 
  • Must oversee the complete sales cycle (including presentation, evaluation, contract negotiation and close, delivery, installation, and support). Develop a creative 12-month sales strategy in alignment with corporate strategy. 
  • Must maintain professional and technical knowledge thereby benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • Must ensure the coordination with all channel partners and customers on service requirement and documentation. Work as per “Core Values” of the Organization and with a vision.
