Job Description

Enthusiastic and proactive Junior Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition and human resources. Skilled in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates across various industries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Dedicated to finding the best talent to support organizational growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the recruitment team and take instructions from them regarding open vacancies.
  • Actively listen to role requirements and make notes about those requirements to find suitable candidates for the role.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required such as, obtaining references from previous employers, obtaining background checks and paperwork such as work status from applicants.
  • Learn to use and navigate the systems and enter candidate data into those systems and ensure it is kept up to date and current. 
  • Schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Send out any required documentation or requests to candidates as instructed by the team.
  • Implement and maintain an effective filing system.
  • Contributed to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
