It is under the founding principle that women survivors of human trafficking have immense potential to combat the exploitation of Nepalese women and girls and to create social change.   • Bachelor Degree in social sciences or social work and equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the NGO sector
  • Experienced in child protection and/or rehabilitation programs; especially dealing with survivors (girls) of sexual exploitation
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person
  • Superb writing and verbal communication skills in English
  • Counselling Skills / Social work skills
  • Time management, administrative and organizational skills
  • A self-motivated and independent worker
  • Experienced in partnership building and networking
  • Advanced knowledge of MS products, particularly Word  & Excel

Competencies

  • Preferably female candidates as the project is for survivors (girls) of sexual exploitation

  • Ability and willingness to travel to other parts of the country where project work is implemented

Job Description

  • Provide support in the development and implementation of programs and projects, including assisting in the creation of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct research on relevant topics, trends, and best practices to inform program design and decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documents, reports, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including program partners, donors, and beneficiaries, to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
  • n: Support monitoring and evaluation activities to assess program effectiveness and impact, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and organizing logistics for events or workshops.
  • Contribute to capacity-building efforts by providing training and technical assistance to program participants and partners as needed.
  •  Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing program implementation and funding.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments or teams to achieve shared objectives and foster a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
