  • Maintain the work structure by updating a job requirement and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure that company policies are implemented effectively
  • Initiate, organize, short list applicants, conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process
  • Provide detail report to management
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
