Job Summary:
The IT Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the availability, performance, and security of IT services provided to students, staff, and faculty members. This role includes managing help desk support, network infrastructure, system performance, and ensuring compliance with budgetary and user satisfaction goals. The IT Services Supervisor will also drive the adoption of new technologies, implement training programs, and maintain a secure IT environment.
