We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Support Assistant to support our engineering outsourcing operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate operational records, preparing structured reports, and ensuring effective coordination between internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry and maintain well-structured records
Update and manage project-related data in Excel and internal systems
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Coordinate effectively with technical, management, and support teams
Maintain proper documentation and version control
Provide ongoing operational and reporting support

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office (including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting)
0–1 year of experience in data management, MIS, operations support, or coordination roles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
