  • Must have sound knowledge of Computer, Printer, Server, PABX and UPS
  • Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Pop3 and Lotus Notes is preferred
  • Must have the skill of network and server maintenance

  • Competent, smart, result oriented and self-oriented
  • Should have strong sense of responsibility and complete the assigned duties on time.

Job Description

  • Office IT help desk on site for both hardware and software such as laptop, desktop, printer etc.
  • IT system management such as network level 1 support, maintenance of PABX, UPS, Server and Generator
  • IT server room and IT asset management
  • Correspond and coordinate with the branch office IT Departments to locate the network and system issue and provide the support on site.
  • Any jobs related to IT
