Job Description

Provide IT and software assistance to staff
Train end-user on hardware and software functionality.
Monitor hardware and software systems for error and performance
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft, windows, and google cloud.
Knowledge of web development. PHP/Laravel preferred with a basic frontend like HTML, CSS and JS
Able to keep up with technical innovation and trend in IT.
Analyze the requirements of the company and organize IT the resources of the company accordingly.
Provide troubleshooting solutions
