Front Desk Officer

Multi Equipment Trade and Services Pvt. Ltd. (METS) is seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations, welcome visitors, handle phone calls and correspondence, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills while maintaining a positive and professional image of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone & direct calls and take & reply to Messages
• Provide information to the caller
• Greet the person entering the organization
• Deal with queries from the public & customers
• Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
• Prepare letters & documents and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Implement and maintain the office system
• Handle incoming mail and other materials
• Operate office equipment
• Manage office space
• Petty cash handling, banking/tax work as required
• Assisting in tender document preparation
• Assisting in account system/record keeping, inventory records, internal sales, internet searching
• Maintaining the attendance register of other staff in the office
• Maintaining log books
• Other work as per the requirement within the rules and regulations of the organization
