Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Interview Coordinator to support our recruitment operations by managing interview schedules, coordinating with candidates and clients, and ensuring a smooth interview process.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Conduct candidate screening to evaluate qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions.
Assist clients by ensuring proper coordination and smooth execution of the interview process.
Conduct candidate briefing sessions regarding interview procedures, job requirements, and client expectations.
Prepare interview plans and schedules in consultation with managers.
Source potential candidates through databases, job portals, and social media platforms when required.
Conduct candidate interviews through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
Evaluate candidate profiles and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the recruitment team and clients.
Maintain proper records of candidates, interview schedules, and recruitment updates.
Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure effective communication throughout the recruitment process.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Hospitality, Recruitment, HR, or a related field.
Prior experience in manpower recruitment or HR consultancy will be an added advantage.
Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Ability to conduct professional interviews and candidate assessments.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
