  • Knowledge of Computer System Administration
  • Hardware and Maintenance Training
  • Relevant Experience of at least Two Years
  • Working knowledge of laptop, desktop, networking, email exchange etc
  • Highly positive in attitude and fast learner
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Prioritization and Problem solving skills
  • Age: More than 18 years 

Job Description

  • Provide basic administration and monitoring to ensure that the core software is fully functional 
  • Carry out root cause analysis of various software, hardware and networking issues
  • Provide IT support to users within the company and also provide basic training over the phone where needed
  • Carry out documentation of various IT related procedures and tasks
  • Any other related task assigned by Head of IT time to time
  • Strictly follow the IT policy of the company
