He/ she will be in charge of managing all Social Media at Sprout which includes both our internal and client products. He/ she will drive us to produce more content and share it online so the world can see the good things happening at Sprout. Specifically he/she will:

• Manage the blog, twitter and facebook accounts for Sprout, CloudFactory and two or three upcoming products
• Manage multiple ad campaigns adwords, facebook ads, linkedin ads, etc
• Help with SEO. Our developers are good at what they do, our designer also rocks - but they need someone to guide them to make our pages look really juicy and appealing to Google, etc
• Public relations - help us share the good news with Nepal and the rest of the world. HE/she should be willing to be creative and come up with “spins” to catch the attention of the press
• Learn the crowdsourcing industry inside and out (Mechanical Turk, CrowdFlower, MicroTask, CloudCrowd, etc) and pour back ideas, feedback and input to the CloudFactory development team
