Himmalagari Travel and Tours is seeking a dynamic and experienced Inbound Manager to lead our inbound tourism operations. The Inbound Tourism Executive will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing inbound tour packages to showcase the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of our region.

Key Responsibilities:

Design innovative and attractive tour packages tailored to the preferences and interests of inbound tourists.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international travel agencies, tour operators, and other stakeholders to promote our tour packages and secure bookings.
Coordinate with local vendors, guides, and transportation providers to ensure seamless logistics and high-quality services for inbound tours.
Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to market our tour packages to potential clients through online and offline channels.
Provide exceptional customer service to inbound tourists throughout their journey, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and manage budgets for inbound tour packages, ensuring cost-effective operations and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, market demand, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and product development.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Travel & Tourism sector
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong knowledge of general travel markets, with a particular emphasis on foreign markets
Ability to coordinate with international partners, handle inbound tour planning, and ensure quality customer experiences
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to manage teams, operations, and daily workflow efficiently

Note: Preference shall be given to candidates with prior experience in trekking on Nepal’s major trekking routes.
