Process ticket bookings and modifications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist customers in selecting travel options that best meet their needs, providing expert advice on routes, fares, and schedules.
Collaborate with airlines and vendors to resolve ticketing issues and discrepancies promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, pricing structures, and ticketing systems.
Generate and analyze reports related to ticket sales and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in a ticketing role within the travel industry, with a strong understanding of ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including GDS systems.
