Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Senior Tour Executive, you will be responsible for designing customized tour packages, coordinating bookings and logistics, and ensuring that every client enjoys a seamless and memorable travel experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new tour packages along with costing in Excel using relevant formulas and data
Design flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
Explore and identify new business opportunities
Ensure all travel arrangements run smoothly, including accommodation, meals, and services
Liaise with hotels, restaurants, and other service providers
Ensure tours run smoothly for all group members
Answer guest queries and assist with any problems that arise
Handle emergencies, such as guests who are unwell or need to contact family
Maintain records of trips and guest feedback

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university (preferably in Travel and Tourism)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years preferred in the Tours Department

Skills:

Knowledge of ticketing will be an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English
Positive attitude, polite manners, and a pleasant personality
Strong correspondence skills and in-depth knowledge of tour costing
Ability to work under pressure and handle situations with patience
Knowledge of an additional language is a plus
