Job Description

Manage/lead the HR team in Nepal
Develop and implement strategic plans for a positive outcome to the business needs
Coach leaders in effectively managing poor/underperformance
Train and support leaders to effectively support their employees with career development plans and training requirements
Ensure the company complies with employment legislation and regulations, including the HR policies
Grievance handling and management
Develop and adhere to Workplace Health and Safety rules/regulations
Ensure compliance with existing laws, market trends and analysis and key industry drivers
Manage remuneration and benefits including data analysis and research aligning with current trends in Nepal
