  • Bachelor’s degree in management (BBA, BBS, BBM etc.)
  • Must have minimum experience of 1 to 2yrs
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication
  • Must be proficient in tasks like Job posting, resume scanning, interviews, filing the documents, payroll and handling employee issues
  • Should have good administrative and organizing  skills
  • Should update knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis and keep abreast of relevant legislations, best practices and trends in the market which impact employment


Job Description

  • Day to day office management, personnel management, communication, admin and secretarial services
  • Prepare employment contract agreements, sub consultancy agreements as required
  • Maintain office file documents including personnel files in accordance with standard document control and filing system.
  • Maintain correspondence register
  • Maintain attendance register
  • Attend visitors and organize and maintain schedule of meetings.
  • Responsible for office operation, safety, security and cleanness.
  • Assist logistics and procurement requirement of Country Office.
  • Make travel, transportation and accommodation arrangement for management and expatriate staffs
  • Vehicle operation and maintenance, purchase and manage stationeries
  • Manage with IT assistance, library facility and control library materials in and out
  • Responsible for calculation regarding disbursement of monthly salaries of staffs
  • Assist Finance/Accounts team of Country Office, if required.
  • Any other duties directed by the management
