Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, preferably with at least two years of working experience in a related field. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits design, policy development, employee relations, performance reviews, counseling, event organization, and supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the recruitment process for open positions.
  • Design competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop and update HR policies to align with organizational goals and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure employees adhere to and comply with HR policies and procedures.
  • Execute annual employee performance review procedures.
  • Provide counseling and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Organize and coordinate employee events, conferences, and other engagement activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to enhance overall HR efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of two years of working experience in a Human Resources role.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Experience in developing and updating HR policies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to organize and coordinate employee events and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
