  • Bachelor's degree in Management with Human Recourse Management as major with Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position

  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

Job Description

  • General Administration and provide office management support
  • Perform HR administrative work
  • Obtain necessary pre-employment documents from candidates, office staffs and support in payroll processing
  • Keep record of leave form, Leave management of staffs
  • Co-ordinate closely with the accounts department
  • Database management of office documents
  • Update about labour law
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Conflict management between lower level and middle level management
  • Fix time for meetings and Take minutes
  • Control inventory purchase
  • Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies
  • Give orientation & training to staffs, Identifies the training needs, prepare training plan training to the staffs
  • Field visit to purchase office material and constant touch with vendors
  • Handle Petty cash of office
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process 
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and takes action on the basis of Rule, regulation and Labour law
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
