Job Description

The responsibility of this position is to manage all the functions of HR department from sourcing and recruiting talents to the exit interview.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and work on sourcing, recruiting, on-boarding talents, objective setting, mentoring, coaching, managing performance, and helping team for career development
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions of all positions
  • Ensure that NRM attracts the right talent to the right roles in the organization by driving quality sourcing and recruiting practices
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goal
  • Prepare TOR/contract papers as required by the company coordinating with legal consultant
  • Plan and work to implement performance Management process, training and developing programs in the company coordinating with all department heads, and regional heads.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures

Education: Graduate in Human Resource Management

Knowledge Required
Sourcing and Recruiting, On-boarding Talents, Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Communication Process, Payroll Information Preparation, HR Policies, Employment Laws etc.

Other Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience in the field (Good experience in sourcing, recruiting and on-boarding talents would be an added advantage)
  • Competent in using MS. Word, MS. Excel, PowerPoint Presentation, and any HRIS
  • Ability to work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibility effectively at all level of the organization
  • maintain discipline and sound working environment inside the organization
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
