Conduct job analysis of each positions of the company
Prepare job descriptions for each job position on the basis of job analysis
Prepare selection criteria and instruments for each position
Recruitment and selection procedure
Orientation
Training and Development
Performance Management System
Develop and implement the performance management system
Develop performance plans for the employees
Develop supervision and progress reporting plans
Develop appraisal system and implement the same
Reward System
Any other HR related matters that may arise.
