The Ashok steel factory which is in Jeetpur, Simra, Nepal is a fully integrated facility fixed with state of art metallurgical laboratories which is run by seasoned professional produces a range of quality steel rolled products for the various construction needs.

The plant is equipped with all modern labs facilities and enforces strict quality control measures at every stage of production to ensure uniformly high quality of end products. The plant is also benefited by technical assistance from India, France and Japan.

Our product offers consistent quality, having physical and chemical parameters well ahead NS Specification. We have the distinction of having our TMT bars manufacturing facilities inspected and certified by H&K THERMEX, quality assurance department for quality and supply capabilities.

Job Description

  • Oversee recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
  • Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce to best use employees’ talents
  • Link organization’s management with its employees
  • Support Accounts/Finance function to prepare payroll 
  • Assess the need of staff survey/assessment and suggest methods and processes 
  • Prepare Job description, specifications and deliverables of each position/role as per strategy/policy
  • Prepare HR reports to facilitate planning and policy actions 
  • Plan and oversee employee benefit programs
  • Serve as a consultant with other managers advising them on human resources issues, such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements, 
  • Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Retain employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records
  • Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
  • Conduct and supervise training and development activities.
