Roles and responsibilities of this job

Gurukul Commerce Academy is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resource team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality,
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support employee relations by addressing queries and handling grievances professionally.
Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and employee engagement programs.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with labor law and HR best practices
