Job Description

Gurukul Commerce Academy is seeking a detail-oriented, people-focused, and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resource team. In this role, you will play a key part in executing HR operations, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality, 
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. 
  • Support employee relations by addressing queries and handling grievances professionally. 
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance appraisals, and employee engagement programs. 
  • Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and HR best practices
