The Executive Search Unit at MeroJob is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant Manager on behalf of a client organization. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws.
Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Assist in payroll administration and benefits management.
Coordinate HR projects and reporting as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR operations and employee management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
