Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join Global Law Associates. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring smooth front desk operations and supporting the administrative team in daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients and visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude
Handle phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform office tasks including scanning, photocopying, and filing documents
Maintain accurate data records and perform data entry tasks
Provide light translation support when required
Support administrative staff with day-to-day tasks
Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and presentable

Required Experience:More than 1 year
