• Provide general day-to-day HR support across as part of the HR function
• Ensuring the proper execution of the HR system from recruitment to exit process of employees in the company
• Oversee the inventory and maintain relationships with vendors
• Facilitating proper communication and coordination with various departments within the company in implementing various HR and Administration activities
• Managing and maintaining contracts with suppliers, personnel files and other employee and supplier information 
• Fulfilment of additional duties as and when required
