Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to join our team. The HR/Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including recruitment support, personnel file management, coordinating administrative activities, and providing general support to the HR and administ Applying rative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and maintain applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
  • Personnel File Management:

 2.   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

     3.  Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain staff leave application, leave records
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

       4.   Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
  •  Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws is an advantage.
